• UV Stabilization: Our fabrics offer UV stabilization for up to 3000 hours or 2 years of outdoor exposure. Upon request, we can configure higher UV durability to meet your specific needs.
• Ultrasonic Sealed Edges: Our uncoated flat fabrics feature ultrasonic sealed edges, which help prevent fraying and ensure a neat appearance.
• Coating and Lamination Options: Our fabrics can be finished with extrusion coatings in matte, gloss, or design finishes. Additionally, we offer substrate lamination with BOPP film, LDPE film, Kraft Paper, or Non-woven SBPP fabric.
• Printing Capabilities: We provide flexographic surface printing of up to 6 colors and rotogravure printed BOPP laminated fabric with up to 9C colors, enabling you to incorporate branding or labeling on the fabric.
• Specialized Features: Our woven fabric can be customized with features such as anti-static properties and flame retardancy, depending on your specific needs.
• Packaging and Core Options: We offer various packaging options based on customer requirements, including cores made of paper, PVC, HDPE, or seamless metal.
